Honey Roasted Turkey Breast

Cook Time 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 Hours



  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix together melted butter, honey, chicken stock and rosemary.
  3. Place Butterball Semi-boneless Turkey on a baking pan sprayed with pan release.
  4. Brush turkey roast all over with honey and rosemary glaze mixture.
  5. Cook until internal temperature of roast at thickest point reaches 165°F (74°C) as measured with food thermometer.
  6. Let rest for few minutes and then slice roast into 3 oz (90 g) slices.
  7. Top with any remaining juices and serve with compatible vegetables and potatoes.
