Fiesta Turkey Soup

Serving Size 6 fl oz (175 mL)

Cook Time 20 minutes



  1. Prepare turkey as per package directions, and chop roughly into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. In large stock pot or soup kettle, bring water and tomatoes to boil.
  3. Add paprika, oregano, chili powder, carrots, celery, onions, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  4. Bring to a boil, and then turn heat to medium-high and boil for 10 minutes.
  5. Add in turkey and pasta, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until noodles are soft. Then reduce to simmer.
  6. Ladle into bowls using 6 oz (175 mL) ladle. Optional garnish with chopped cilantro.
