Grilled Turkey Burgers with Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 25 x 3.5 oz (25 x 99 g) 41372 Butterball Turkey Burgers or 41482 Lean Ground Turkey, fully cooked
- 25 Burger buns, multi-grain, warmed
- 3 medium Onion, medium, sliced
- 2 1/2 cups (675 mL) Lettuce, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Cranberry sauce, canned
Directions
- Pre-heat flat top grill or barbeque.
- Sear turkey burgers for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and reaches internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Place burger on bottom bun, and top with lettuce, onion slices and cranberry sauce.
- Finish by adding top bun, and serve.
