Honey Roasted Turkey Breast
Ingredients
- 5.5 lbs 41471 Butterball Semi-Boneless Turkey Roast
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Butter, melted
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) Honey, liquid
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) Chicken Stock, prepared, sodium-reduced preferred
- 1 tbsp Rosemary, dried, crumbled
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix together melted butter, honey, chicken stock and rosemary.
- Place Butterball Semi-boneless Turkey on a baking pan sprayed with pan release.
- Brush turkey roast all over with honey and rosemary glaze mixture.
- Cook until internal temperature of roast at thickest point reaches 165°F (74°C) as measured with food thermometer.
- Let rest for few minutes and then slice roast into 3 oz (90 g) slices.
- Top with any remaining juices and serve with compatible vegetables and potatoes.
