Preparation & Cooking Methods

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Bake for 15-20 min or until the turkey bites reach 165°F (74°C). Flip them halfway through. Do not overheat.

Deep Fry

Heat oil in a shallow saucepan or deep fryer until it reaches 345°F (175°C). Lower two or three of the breaded turkey bites in at a time and fry undisturbed for 5-6 min. For best results do not overheat or use high heat. Must be heated to a minimum 165°F (74°C).
