Preparation & Cooking Methods

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Loosen and raise lid on pan. Bake with lid on for approximately 2 hours or until cabbage is tender. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Heat thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
