Preparation & Cooking Methods

Conventional Oven

Cook from frozen: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove from plastic bag. Do not remove netting. Place roast in a pan with 1” of water. Roast covered with foil for approximately 3 1/2 hours. Add more water every hour if required. Remove foil during last 1/2 hour for browning. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
