Preparation & Cooking Methods

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Bake for 25-28 min or until the turkey breasts reach 165°F (74°C). Flip them halfway through. Do not overheat.

Deep Fry

Heat a 10cm depth of oil in a shallow saucepan or deep fryer until it reaches 350°F (176°C). Lower two or three of the breaded turkey breasts in at a time and fry undisturbed for 4 – 4.5 min. For best result do not overheat or use high heat. Must be heated to a minimum 165°F (74°C).
