Preparation & Cooking Methods

Combination Oven

Cook from Frozen: Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C), set oven humidity to 20%. Remove bag and place in pan on a rack. Add ¼ inch of water to pan. Roast for approximately 2 hours. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Convection Oven

Cook from frozen: Remove bag and place roast in pan on a rack. Add water to pan until it reaches the bottom of the rack. Roast at 325°F (165°C) for approximately 3 hours. Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
