Cooking Methods

Conventional Oven

Combi oven: Cook at 40% humidity at 180°C / 356°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Deep Fry

Deep fry at 177°C / 350°F for about 10-12 minutes. The product can be thawed before cooking. The meat is considered fully cooked when its internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F.
