Cooking Methods

Conventional Oven

Place on cooking sheet. Cook in oven preheated to 220°C/425°F for 16 to 18 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Deep Fry

Preheat oil in fryer to 177°C/350°F. Deep fry in a metal basket for 3 to 4 minutes. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
